So I switched from sprint to T-Mobile and they paid off my lease on my 7. So now that it's paid off I also had it unlocked so I can sell the device. So a week passes by and when I go to sell it on swappa the imei of that phone says "financial eligibility" and says I can not sell it because it's being financed. But that's not the case it's been paid off and I called sprint many times to confirm. It also has been unlocked I threw my T-Mobile sim in it and all was good. They said it shows I owe no balance and I own the device and they can't do anything further on their end. Anyone experienced this? What do I do? Does it takes weeks to clear or something? Please help. Thanks!

It might take some more time. I had a 6 on sprint and want to switch to T-Mobile. I have gone out of contract but have to pay $200 to own the phone. Apparently T-Mobile won’t pay to buy me out of it since it’s not leased anymore. Consider yourself lucky

Guess I'll wait it out and see what happens. Thanks.
