Buying T-Mobile Unlocked Phone To Use On AT&T, How?

I am current out of contract AT&T customer with a 4S.

If I buy a TMobile unlocked iPhone 6, how do I get a SIM to work with AT&T since my 4S SIM card will not fit? Do I need to just go to the ATT store for them to give the correct size SIM and activate it?

Yes. Just get a SIM from AT&T.
