buying the 4s from uk

I'm thinking about buying an iPhone 4s from the uk i live in dubai i want to buy it from the apple store in uk
i have an aramex shop and ship address so i want to know if it possible or if it not i want to know another authorized site to sell to me

Best advice is to try it and see. You'll find out if your aramex address (I assume it's a UK address which they forward for you?) is accepted before checkout.
