iPod touch buying the ipod 2.0

hey, aren't the servers back up now? when i clicked the link on apple's site it just brings me to the iTunes homepage. when i plugged in my ipod and checked for updated software it said that 1.1.4 was the current software. are the servers still down or did i do something wrong?

servers are still down... at least I am still unable to get it.

I believe 2.0 hasn't been released for the iPod touch yet.
