I'm getting the new mbp 16 this week but have some questions. I am a video producer dealing with some not so heavy footages. Right now, i'm using a 2015 16gb iMac at work and it's running just fine. Soon, i'm leaving my company and will go freelance in another country. So i've to buy myself a new mac now and 16 mbp looks perfect for me. (2.3 ghz 8 cores Radeon 5500m one)
I'm absolutely sure that i'm going to upgrade the vram to 8gb, which is cheap. But man, 32 gb upgrade is so expensive. I can save that money for a couple of external drives. I'm mainly using Adobe Premiere, Photoshop and Cinema 4d. And i've never used a computer with 32gb of ram so do you think it's going to help me in the future. Or should i just stick with 16gb?
Also, about the cosmetics, which one would look nicer. Silver or Space Grey? They both look so slick but don't know if space grey's coating will last..
