buying us iMac then using uk keyboard

I'm going to the US and I want to buy an iMac because of the exchange rate etc. But I was wondering if I buy it can I use a UK wireless mouse and keyboard when I get home?

Yes. You can just change the keyboard settings for any key-signal changes.

You will have to get a different power adapter, or at least a adapter for the plug.

But a keyboard and mouse will work. You'll have to change the options if you have a different keyboard lay out.
