Anyone know of a place or website that sells used iphones? I stumbled upon one a year ago that sold used iphone 4, 3gs and 3g and was affiliated with best buy. This website had great prices too but as I mentioned, it was used items. They ranged from all types of electronics. I am just looking for an affordable way to get an iphone 4.

That website is cowboom.com :)

I'd honestly go through Kijiji/Craigslist/Gumtree/etc before buying from a business. You're likely to find a better deal there.

I think they offer and extended warranty as well if you are worried about the functionality.

None of my friends bought any used iPhones. I'm curious how well the used ones function. My previous smartphone died on me within the damn 2 yr contract term, thus I got the impression that most smartphones don't last long enough

I lost my iPhone 4 and bought one on Amazon from the seller i-exchange. Got a refurbished 32GB iPhone 4 with 9 months still on the apple warranty for $375. Phone looked brand new and worked perfectly. The seller has perfect feedback on Amazon. Really happy.

I bought a 4S from a guy on craigslist. 2 emails and we met. I called Verizon, check the Meid, handed over the money. activated it to my account right there, and no issues what so ever. than was mine 16 GB 4S 275.00 with Otterbox on since new. Took it off to check it.

You do need to check the phone out. Volume switches, ringer off, home button responsivemess and if you can dial 611 to speak to the carrier you can check radio and speakers.

I owe you one!!! Thanks a million !

Just grabbed a 32 White 4S for $535!! :D

What's weird is the description says the warranty is valid thru 12/1/13 !!

The seller, or original owner, could have bought Applecare on the phone. Check the serial number on Apple's website.

I bought a 4S off Craigslist in late December and the seller had bought Applecare before they decided to sell. Nice little bonus there.

Maybe a typo? You can verify the warranty when you get the phone on the Apple support website. If you have issues notify the seller. Reading the feedback he will make things right if needed.

i buy on ebay, but only from a trusted seller like the Gazelle Store. I'd highly recommend them. 30 days return policy they even pay return shipping.

I literally just finished setting up an almost brand spanking new 4S 16g from Gazelle in white. everything was still taped up like factory, almost no talk time. I'll switch between this and my 9930 for a while
