Hi all,
I'd like to buy a family iMac for my parents to do basic task, like web surfing , viewing photos/ videos. Besides this I may use the iMac as server if it's good for that. What is a good price to propose if I'm given an offer to buy a used one? Which one is better in holding their value and can do the job?
Was thinking of buying latest i7 Mac mini but seems used iMac price only differ by $200.

Have no idea and wonder if it's a good machine for this purpose.
Any current user knows common problems associated with the above models?

What do you suggest other route rather than this?
Do it miss anything beside (USB 3) if I go the current way than the latest i7 Mac mini?

Thanks again for any comments!
