Buzz/alert sound every two minute

Hi all. I'm hoping someone here can help me with a strange problem:

Since installing Yosemite, my iMac has starting making and annoying buzzer/alert sound approximately every two minutes. I've captured a recording of it on Vine here.

Can anyone tell me what this is? It's driving me crazy! I've installed Sound Bunny which shows you all the applications that a making sound and it's not reporting any applications. I don't have any notifications and have closed all applications.

Do you by any chance have Dropbox or GrowlTunes running on background?

The problem turned out to be caused by the Airmall (beta) mail app. I had a message stuck in my outgoing messages that was too big to send. I cancelled the message and the noise has stopped! Yay!

Found it! Airmail Beta pops this sound every 2 minutes (I ignore if it's on purpose). Turns out if a message gets 'stucked' in the Drafts/Outbox. (Solved with Chimpanzee via Twitter, posted here in case someone needs the info).
