Buzz Report: Steve Jobs ain't popular with the Ladies

So, Cnet has a nice little video blog from some Molly(?) concerning Steve Jobs and his iPod vs. the Microsoft Zune (to which the reporter praised) by misinterpreting Steve Job's quotes made in reference to the Microsoft Zune.

The only redeeming quality of that two minutes of anti-Apple tripe was her going on to mention the attempt by Lawyer Jack Thompson (CINO) to ban the video game "Bully", which he feels will lead to more school violence. Ah, yes, so teaching children to stand up for themselves against bullies is suddenly a bad thing, Jack? Perhaps you need to go back to High School.

Do you know what the Buzz Report is? Apparently not. It's a sarcastic/humorous take on technology news. It's not meant to be an actual news program.

Think SNL's Weekend Update just with tech news (or non-news in most cases).

The phrase "woefully unfunny" comes to mind.

The show seems to be trying to emulate G4, which is bad enough, with its edgy sarcasm and ugly host.

That's all I have to say, as I think the argument against everything she had to say regarding the iPod and Steve Jobs pretty much speaks for itself.

*mutters something along the lines of "I wonder why this 'virus' only activates on Windows machines? Hm.. I wonder..."*

Regardless of how it's meant to be taken, those who don't know any better will surely mistake what she says for the actual truth, thus putting a negative image of Apple and/or iPods in the minds of the impressionable.

When she turned to the side and the camera switched to a close up view and she did the eye thing, I got weirded out and stopped watching. She scares me.
