Buzzing noise iphone 4[warranty expired] Help!!

Recently my phone is getting buzzing noise during phone call, I searched many site and the only solution i found is replacement. Unfortunately, there are no apple service in my country and even worse, my phone warranty is expired.
I tried to upgrade the iOS and restore but the problem is still there.
Help plz!:(
