buzzing sound through speakers when using Airport Express

I use AirTunes with my Airport Express hooked up to my home stereo. Often times there is a very audible buzzing sound coming through the speakers. It's not every time I use AirTunes, but most of the time. Sometimes the buzzing is quite loud.

Is there a way to fix this?

I've seen a Knowledge base article inked before on this, but my father is having the same issue after I set him up an Airport Express through to his stereo and network. Anyone successfully solved this?
