By WiFi safari , Does that mean you can go on the internet ANYWHERE ??

Ya well I want to buy a ipod touch soon and im juste wondering if its actualy anywhere that you can go on safari and brows the internet from anywhere . Or is it juste from certain areas that you get the signal. Thanx

I believe that it is just in areas with a signal. Unless you get an iPhone, then you can anywhere.

Only areas with wifi coverage. The iPhone, on the other hand, is powered by EDGE where no wifi is available.

anywhere there is free wifi.......unless you want to go to starbucks and/or barnes and noble, and pay for the internet. Also if there is a WPA or WEP you must know it before signing onto the network...but anywhere there is free wifi, like Chick-Fil-A or any open network you are free to use it!! woohoo
