Bypass activation screen when jailbreaking

I just jailbroke my phone though pwnagetool but i'm stuck at the sim activation screen. I needed the jailbreak so I could unlock my phone since i'm not with Att. Does anyone have any ideas? I'm on a old baseband iphone 3gs

I would probably move on to trying to activate it with an AT&T SIM card or Hacktivate??
