bypass activation

My friend has a iPhone 4s which she has brought 2nd hand basically it's stuck at the ios 7 activation screen I've tried to have a look online tried a few things but to no avail like the 112 call method the thing is the person who she brought it off can't remember his password and obviously put find my iPhone on is there any other method

Nothing you can do, there's no way around it. Odds are, your friend bought a stolen phone.

You can't bypass the IOS activation lock. There is no way. A proper userid and password are needed.
