In the set-up screen in iOS 6.1, after Restoring from iCloud I have to active iMessage with a mail & phone number to move to the next screen. I don't want this. How can I bypass this ?
(Yes, I know I can turn it off in Settings after the set up but I want to do this now because I am using a friends SIM & Apple ID and I don't want the screw iMessages later after inserting my own SIM & Apple ID - been there last year with my old iPhone 4)
