Bypass iPhone 4s 6.1.1 activation screen

I have a Verizon iPhone 4s running iOS 5.1.1 and i want to update it to iOS 6.1.1 so i can unlock it with a new tool. But before i update it, does anyone know how to bypass the activation screen? My iPhone isn't activated and i bypassed it on iOS 5.1.1 and got it to work on T-Mobile
