Bypassing 2nd proxy

A user on our network at work is having an issue connecting to the internet at home. At work our "bypass proxy" settings are: *.local, 169.254/16, 10.*

How do I add their home network details of 192.168.0.1 / 255.255.255.0 into their laptop? Primarily I am a tad confused regarding the syntax and spacing between entries.
