C2D MBP System Monitor Program?

I am totally new to Mac, got my first MBP yesterday and I cant believe how much I have been missing out on, anyway...I have been having a tough time finding a program that shows my temps, memory usage etc. I know there is one out there but having some trouble finding one. Thanks!

Thats the program! Thank you! I actually saw this on apples download site a few weeks ago but i couldn't remember the damn name of it and couldnt find it!

No probs - as a fellow recent switcher I am in the same position half the time, knowing what kind of thing I want an app to do but having no idea a) if it exists and b) if it does what its called and where I can get it.

Getting there slowly though
