CA taxes and fees on AT&T monthly service?

Wondering if anyone out there is willing to share what their monthly taxes and fees (or, at least, last month’s) are for a resident of California. I tried asking AT&T CS, but they weren't too helpful...

Obviously, it depends on what rate plan you have, but if anyone could share, that’d be mighty helpful to this potential iPhone 4 owner! Thanks!
