Resolved Cable Management Advice

Okay, so the cable mess is now officially driving me nuts..(see photos) I need an all in one cable management solution, BUT...The Genelec studio monitors must remain removable, as I use them out on location.

The TV and DFTS and HD recorder mess needs a permanent fix. All the cables under my desk need to be up off the floor and out of site.

Can somebody point me in the right direction? I've looked extensively on Amazon but it's hard to tell how this stuff would actually work in situ.
