Cable to attach a standard PATA 2.5" drive to MB's Optical drive ribbon

And I'm not talking about that MCE drive adapter. $99 where most of it is in the plastic? No thanks. Is there not anything that will let me attach a standard PATA connection to the Superdrive's ribbon cable? I believe it's pin compatible, so I could probably do it with a bit a soldering and a manual, but there must be someone that has a $15 OEM cable or something.

Any ideas?
