Cable to use with Otterbox Defender?

Love my Otterbox Defender but I can't use it with my Alpine stereo in my truck. Has anyone found a cable to use with the Defender yet?

Yeah, I just got my otterbox defender also and need the same answer. Found out the hard way the griffin autopilot does not fit.

I took the cable that came with my usa spec car kit and slightly modified the plastic that was holding it back. I took the little plastic housing off, then cut just a tad off and but the housing back on with some heat shrink. works great.

Ended up just cutting some of the plastic off the Scosche passPORT. I have it trimmed down so it fits now and everything works. Isn't pretty but it works.
