Cache.db in home folder after Time Machine restore

Hi guys,

Yesterday I had to restore my full system from a Time Machine backup.

Everything went well, although I now have a cache.db file in my user directory as shown below.

I have tried Google to see if this is common, but cannot find any information.

Does anyone know what it might be, or if it is safe to remove?

EDIT: Forgot to say, running Lion 10.7.3 if that helps
