Caching behind NAT and multiple Home Links

I have a setup where OS X server sits behind NAT, and so are clients.

All of this is served with multiple public IPs.

All of my reading says txt records are needed for the wan. But Apple documents this ad if the server is NOT behind a NAT but directly with external IP.
