Caldigit fasta-2e install woes

I installed a Caldigit Fasta-2e and it show under pci cards as pci1095,3132 mass storage controller but even after trying 3 driver versions including a SL version it still shows as no driver installed ? Anyone know what's going on ?
And if I want to remove all these loose drivers how do I go about this ?

it were me i'd get the latest drivers from caldigit and if they don't work i'd contact caldigit for help.

re removing the drivers - think you need to move them to the trash but can't empty it till you reboot - or at least something like that - it's been a while since i had a driver problem

Thanks..been 4 days with no reply from Caldigit...I'll give them 3 more then it's trash talk time..
