UPDATE: Got a reply from CalDigit support:
"Thank you for contacting us. As long as the device is still functioning there is nothing to worry about. We don't actually replace or repair LEDs that no longer turn on as it doesn't affect the function of the dock."

Hello,
I have a CalDigit TS3+ hub that has been running flawless for more than two years with my MBP 16" (2019 Intel). Starting two days ago the blue light doesn't come on but instead flickers intermittently. All connected devices (LG UltraFine 4K 24" monitor, keyboard and logitech HD webcam) works without any issues and the computer charges fine.
I have tried re-seating the cables as suggested on the CalDigit website and tried the other ports on the laptop but still no solid blue light as before.

Anyone else have issues with TS3+?

I have the same issue and the same reply from technical support. Anyone have an idea of whether this is user repairable, or whether I'm forced to live with an intermittently working LED?
