Hi all! I just got my new Caldigit TS3+ and it seems to work fine, using an Intel MacBook Pro 2020 with Monterey 12.2.1 - at least until I unplug the Macbook from the dock and reconnect it again. Then, Ethernet and USB (with keyboard and trackpad) do not reconnect anymore (and possibly also other USB ports). External monitord do work (2 external monitors, one via Displayport and the other via a TS3 connection), but not keyboard/trackpad and Ethernet. The blue LED on the device is on. But only after I reboot my MacBook, keyboard/trackpad and Ethernet become active again - logout is not sufficient, neither is power off and on the docking station. It's very annoying needing to reboot EVERY time the Macbook is unplugged for just a second. Also, the TS3+ docking station utility does not actually see the TS3+ anymoore (until I rebooted). Is this a known issue, and if so, is there a solution for this? I already tried to install a new firmware version - but I have no idea what the old firmware version was, or if it did actually write something to the device, it just seemed to install something on the Macboook itself and then asked me for a reboot. It did nto change anything.
