iPhone Calendar app sync to outlook when using screen time

iPhone 16 pro running 26.1

Folks - with the latest iPhone update. screen time seems to break my calendar sync to Outlook. As soon I turn it off, it works. I checked outlook settings and background app refresh is turned on. Any fixes?
