Calendar App to Sync with iPad, Mac, and Android Device?

Hi There, I'm very new to Apple and it's interface and IOS. I am wondering if there is an app (such as a calendar or planner) that'll sync with my Mac, my iPad, and my Android Device.

Any help with this would be extremely appreciated! Thanks in advance. Also, if there is another (easier) way to do this, that'd be viable knowledge.

Anyway, thanks again and sorry for the "stupid" question; again I'm quite new to this.

Your android device will probably already have good integration with gmail and you can access the account via safari on your Mac
