Calendar app with custom all-day event sort order?

Does anyone know of a calendar app for both macOS and iOS that allows all-day events to be custom sorted?

I find it crazy that most calendar apps bury birthdays and anniversaries at the bottom of the all-day event list, which pretty much guarantees they are not visible (in Month view) if one has more than a few things scheduled that day.
