Calendar automator does not run?

One of my usernames on my iMac has an automator calendar alarm set to run every 3 days.

i have the same exact automato alarmr on my username calendar. Mine runs perfectly every 3 days, deletes lots of emails.

The other user name the automator does not run and is set up exactly the same as my username.

Why is it not executing? Does the calendar have to open for automator to work.
