When I access the Calendar app directly from App View, it will always default to whatever your previous view was. So if I last viewed in Month view, accessing the Calendar app will bring up month view the next time I accessed it.

However, for some watch faces like Meridian, Solar Analog or Solar dial, pressing a Calendar complication (Today's Date) always defaults to the List view. It's a small issue but annoying because I typically need the Month view, so a couple more steps is needed to get to it. In contrast, complications in some other watch faces like Modular behave like the calendar from App View. This issue is inconsistent across watch faces.

Is there a way to lock the calendar view in the Calendar complications (Todays Date) on the watch faces?

I am running watchOS 10.1.1 on S8, and using the Meridian watch face.
