iPod touch Calendar entries created on Touch imported as meetings

If I create a calendar entry on my iPod Touch and sync with Outlook 2007 the entry is imported into the Outlook calendar as a meeting with my name as the meeting organizer.

Does anyone know of the Outlook or iPod setting to change this. I want everything sync'ed as an appointment - not a meeting (with attendees).
