Calendar entries on ipad air 2

Guys when I enter a new calendar entry, by default it comes up as an All Day Event and I have to manually alter this for every new entry.

Is there a way to turn off All Day Entry as the default?ive checked Settings for Calendar and there doesn't seem to be an option to do so.
