I have just started working at a creative agency, there is about 50 people who work here. I am in charge of booking all meetings and its a busy office with meetings being moved quite a lot. At the moment they use google calendar. To me this doesn't feel very practical, it seems best suited to personal/social use. I used to work in a company where we were all on PC's and used outlook express and I thought this was brilliant for setting up meetings and booking rooms. This is the first time I'm using a Mac. Everyone is on Macs here and most on iPhones too. Can anyone advise me on good software to use for booking meetings etc which also links up with your Mac email account etc?
Otherwise any tips for google cal?
