I thought I understood the Calendar on my iPhone prior to the implementation of the updated firmware- but now I am completely lost...

First- there are TWO computers and ONE iPhone involved in this equation.

I have my computer at home - which is a MacBook - and I use iCal as my calendar of choice.

I have my computer at the office - which is a Dell laptop - and I use Outlook 2003 as my calendar of choice. (I don't actually get a choice, but that's neither here nor there.)

Finally - I have an iPhone.

I want to be able to add events to calendars on ALL THREE devices and have all three devices sync together. I think that is possible, but I'm a bit lost.

I notice that there is now a "Calendar" calendar, a "Home" calendar, a "Work" calendar, and an "Outlook Calendar." (Were these always here?)

Obviously - I'd like to set it up so my "Home" calendar events are one color, and my "work" calendar events are another color. But I'd like for ALL THREE calendars (home, work, iPhone) to all show the calendar entries. i.e. if I enter a swimming lesson on iCal at home - I want it to get synced to my iPhone and to my work computer as a "home" calendar item.

So -- HOW do I do that??

Is there a good comprehensive guide that can help me through this process??

Any help is greatly appreciated!
