Calendar in iOS7

in fact all of iOS7 has the appearance of being put together by my niece who is in the 4th grade. way to go apple!

i especially like seeing the event dot, then having to press the day, then scroll up or down in the day to "discover" what the event is, wtf!

Yeah, I'm not all that impressed with the appearance. The functionality is great, but the color schemes, etc. It looks very kidish...

I felt the same way. However, it grows on you over time....

First install: yuck

3 weeks later: iOS 6 looks so fugly

I told my wife "you'll hate it and then you'll like it."

Things change. In particular I like the functional changes to the calendar app, and I'm glad to see the skeuomorphisms gone.

Yep. It looks like a 13 year old girls bedroom wall. Its absolute garbage. The Calendar and the Notification center are the worst parts.

Now I have to decide if I want to live in this poop they've thrown me in or move on. uhg..

The Calendar did seem like a step backwards to me as well. Going to have to look into alternatives like Fantastical.

At least hitting the search button on top will give you your list view back.
