calendar in mountain lion-spell check

hey all,

when i use calendar, i right click on the event for the contextual menu and choose "check spelling as i type". this seems to stay for a while. but the next time i open cal, it stops working and i have to re-select it. Do you think this is a .plist issue? or something else?
