Apps Calendar List on watch only shows 2 items

When I open the calendar app on the watch in list mode it is only showing 2 items one for today and one for 25th May which is correct but is not displaying any calendar items beyond this although there are several items in my calendar on the phone for June onwards
Any ideas please why it is only showing the 2 items in list view

Also month only shows May - can't move it on to a future month - is this same for everyone ?

Sorry folks - did do a search first but couldn't find anything - however now found a previous thread for same thing - tried One of the alternative apps as mentioned in previous thread and now got 12 months
