Hi all!
Suddenly my calendar is not showing event alerts any longer on my 2020 Macbook Air using Somoma 14.3.

I've checked the alert options in settings and they are set to the default, I never changed them.

Any suggestions?

Thanks so much!!

The calendar on my M1 iPad Pro regularly shows empty rows. I’ve learned that I need to click on an empty square and then all the missing events suddenly reappear. If I could reproduce the problem at will I’d have taken it into an Apple Store for advice, but I can’t so… I just have to live with it. If it wasn’t so effectively tied in to Maps/Address Book etc I’d have ditched it for an alternative. I hope you manage to find a solution :)

Seeing the same behaviour since upgrading to Sequoia. Never had this issue in the past. I had to delete the events and recreate them again to jump start it working, but did so more than once. If you decide to go this route, recreate them on the Mac and ensure that you change the alert settings on the Mac from “On this Mac” to “iCloud” before doing so. Not only would I see missing alerts on the Mac, but it is also happening on my iPhone. Software quality is what it is under the leadership these days. The AI ads Apple released recently say everything about how broken the culture is there. I’m just too married to Calendar and Reminders to subscribe and pay for an alternative. It is maddening when simple stuff breaks. I hope this works for you.
