Calendar Notification Badge

Ever since I updated to Mavericks, my calendar app shows 1 notification. I click the upper right corner of the status bar and nothing is showing for calendar. Anyone have any ideas why there is a 1 there? is there anyway to clear that? I know I can turn off the badge, but I just want to clear it.
