Calendar/Password Issue

Not sure if this is a Google problem or iMac calendar issue. Anyway, a couple of times recently - including today - Google has requested the passwords for all the email accounts that I have synced to calendar. There are about 12 of these so it's a bit inconvenient for me to keep on doing this when the passwords should already be stored in keychain. Anyone know why this keeps happening and how it can be fixed?
