Calendar problem in El Capitan

Any application that would access Apple’s Calendar program is unable to since the Beta 2 release. The ONLY app that I regularly use that has been able to is BusyCal 2
The list of those that cannot are:
Fantastical 2
Microsoft Outlook for Mac (2016)
OmniFocus 2
Desktop Informant
2Do
Opus One
