Calendar Setup in Notification Center

Has anyone figured out how to setup the calendar in notification center so that it only displays certain calendars? Right now, it shows all my calendars, whether they are checked in Calendar or not, and the notification center preferences do not seem to have an option to change what is displayed. Thoughts?
