Ok, I work in human services where I have many weekly appointment/clients. But many of my clients float around on there scheduling with me. This builds a lot of email/texting conversation to lock in appointments. What I need is a way to send them a monthly calendar with appointment options and have them simply write themselves in -- is there an app or web-based option for this? I just don't want people to have to create account -- that's probably not ideal. Thanks for reading!
 
I use Office 365's OWA features - I have a monthly Business Essentials account ($5 per month), linked to my company domain. It's built into my plan, took about 30 minutes to set up, and I don't even think about it any more when working out scheduling with my resources (cars, rooms), employees, & clients.
