Calendar Sync online... evernote for calendars?

Hello,

I would love to finally consolidate my calendars into one location.

right now i use:
-ical on the mac which publishes using xcal to my google calendar
-outlook on my work computer which syncs to my google calendar
-iphone's ical
-and of course google calendar.

I would love a program like evernote for calendars... which provides a mac client, a windows client, and an online client.... but i do not know of one.

should i just use google calendar and deal with dodgy emailed notifications and inconsistent online access?
