Calendar sync with iCould AND iTunes (offline)

Hi there,
before i bought a iPhone 6 and updated to the latest iTunes release (11.4.0.18) it was possible to either synchronize my iPhone with my iCloud data and also plug the iPhone to a offline PC to get the calendar-data saved in outlook.
Any idea how the make this possible again?
