Since my company turned off Exchange Active Sync, I've been trying to find a way to sync my work calendar with my iPhone, and it's sort of working...

I have two macs, an Air and a mini, both 2011 models, both running Mountain Lion. Both will sync iCal with Exchange (as will Outlook 2011, which is especially odd since neither Outlook 2003 nor 2010 will work on Windows 7 or 8). I sync my iPhone wirelessly to my mini, since that's where I keep my iTunes library.

My mini, although syncing iCal with Exchange, doesn't show my Exchange calendar in the iTunes device info section. My Air does show my Exchange calendar.

So now I can sync everything but the calendar with my mini, and the calendar alone with my Air. I can see this getting very messy very fast, plus my Air is often asleep, my mini is running 24/7 Handbraking and BOINCing, and is therefore always available to sync.

What do I need to do to get iTunes to see iCal on my mini?!

In trying to fix this, stumbling blindly around the terminal, half-following half-relevant KBs, I have made it worse. iTunes couldn't see my Exchange calendar, but it could see my iCloud calendar, and my Google calendar. I only wanted it to sync my Exchange calendar, since iCloud syncs with, um, iCloud, and I don't use my Google calendar any more.

Now iTunes can't see any of the calendars in Calendar (I used to think Calendar was a better name than iCal, but now it's getting confusing!).
