I can't get my Ical times to transfer to my iPhone calendar, times are all messed up, how can I fix it?

It looks like the calendar on the left is in a different time zone than the one in the iPhone on the right.

Yes, you've got some time zone issues somewhere. Turn on Time Zone support in iCal to see what's going on.
